The PG and research Department of business administration, J.J. College of Arts and Science(autonomous) Pudukkottai, organized a one day international workshop on the topic “UNDERSTAND CARRIER CHOICES AND OUR SELF-BELIEF SYSTEM TO GROW†on 24th September 2025. The resource person of the day was Dr. Mohamed Basullah Jamaludeen, Group CEO-Empower Group, Abu Dhabi, and UAE. He shared valuable insights on various aspects of career development, decision-making, and the importance of building a strong self-belief system to achieve growth and success in life, His practical examples and motivational talk inspired the participants to focus on their strengths, set career goals, and work with confidence to overcome challenges.
The workshop provided an international exposure for the students, encouraging them to think globally and prepare themselves for competitive career opportunities. It also highlighted the importance of innovation, self-confidence, and adaptability in the first-changing business environment.
The workshop was a great success, and all participants highly appreciated their valuable knowledge and motivation gained from the resource person. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A where students actively engaged with the speaker, seeking guidance on a career choices and personality development. The program was very useful to the Students. Faculty members and around 100 students were participated in the programme.
