The PG and Research Department of Business Administration, J.J. College of Arts
and Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai, successfully organized a one-day Inter-Collegiate
Management Meet “SYNERGIA 2K26” on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the College
Gallery Hall. Students from 10 different colleges across the district enthusiastically
participated in the event.
The programme commenced at 10.00 a.m. with registration, followed by Prayer and
Lamp Lighting, invoking blessings for the success of the event. Dr. V. Sathya Rekha,
Head, Department of Business Administration, delivered the welcome address and
highlighted the objectives of the meet, emphasizing experiential earning and managerial skill
development.
The felicitation address was delivered by Dr. J. Parasuraman, Principal, J.J.
College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), who motivated the students to cultivate
leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and professionalism.
The meet was inaugurated by Dr. Kavitha Subramanian, Trustee, Karpaga
Vinayaga Educational Trust, Pudukkottai. in her inaugural address, she stressed the
importance of management education in today’s competitive world and appreciated the
department’s initiative in providing a common platform for young management aspirants.
Following the declaration of the meet open, various management events such
as Business Quiz, Best Manager, Marketing Strategy, HR Game, Finance Challenge,
Paper Presentation, and Team Events were conducted. Participants displayed excellent
teamwork, creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
After lunch, the events continued with active participation. The prize distribution
ceremony was held at 3.00 p.m. Mr. N. Subramanian, Secretary, J.J. Group of Institutions,
Pudukkottai, distributed prizes to the winners and runners-up and congratulated the students
for their outstanding performance.
The overall winner Trophy was bagged by the department of ------- and the overall Runner-
up Trophy was won by the Department of -------
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. N. Shanmugasundaram,
Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration. He thanked the management,

chief guests, faculty members, judges, volunteers, and participating students for making the
event a grand success. The programme ended with the National Anthem
