On January 23, 2026, the Hilbert Club of the Department of Mathematics at
J.J. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai, successfully organized a
special lecture program titled "The Maths Behind The Network." Held at the KIM
Conference Hall at 10:30 am, the event featured Dr. KR. Balasubramanian, Head and
Associate Professor at H.H. The Rajah's College, as the distinguished resource person.
Mr. A. Anandaraj, Head (IC) of the Department of Mathematics welcomed the gathering.
The critical intersection of mathematical theory and network architecture, providing
students with deep insights into how concepts like graph theory and topology underpin
modern communication systems. The program concluded as a significant academic
success, fostering a greater appreciation for the practical applications of mathematics.
