Womens day was celebrated with all gaiety and at the grandeur at the

Indoor Auditorium at J.J. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous) on

Wednesday 08.03.2023 while delivering the special address

Kalaimamani Poet. Andal Priyadarshini, Media Consultant and Creative Writer.

She pointed "Happiness Depends Upon Ourselves". She also talked about

everybody should have individuality. She stressed in her speech that we don't

compete with others but we will compete with ourselves that we should have

goal and aim to succeed in life. She insisted to follow three important Es as

i) Educational Empowerment ii) Economical Empowerment iii) Emotional

Empowerment in our life.

Presiding over the function Dr Kavitha Subramaniam, Trustee, Karpaga

Vinayaga Educational Trust, told that humanity is different from business. She

also said that beauty is dangerous but intelligence has to be cultivated by

everyone from childhood onwards.

Dr. S.Sudha Vice-Principal and Head, Department of Computer Science

delivered her welcome address. All the Heads of various Institutions of Karpaga

Vinayaga Group delivered their address. Cultural events of the selected teams

from all the institutions of Karpaga Vinayaga Group took place.

Dr. S.Ratna Devi Co-ordinator of Women Empowerment Wing delivered

the vote of thanks and the program was a big success.
