The Druckers Club of Department of Business Administration of JJ College of Arts and Science (Autonomous) Pudukkottai hosted a one day Intercollegiate Management Meet- Synergia 2K23 on Thursday, 2nd March 2023. Colleges from Sivaganga, Thanjavur and Pudukkottai districts participated. There were various events like Business quiz, Adzap, As you like it, wealth from waste, Corporate Mime and Best Manager. Sree Sevugan Annamalai College emerged the overall winners and won the shield. Winners in particular events were awarded merit certificates, cash prizes and shields.

Dr.S.Kavitha, Managing Trustee, Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust inaugurated the meet. In her address she emphasized the need for youngsters to equip themselves for the battle of life through active cultivation of professional skills and the development of an outgoing personality. Success comes only through participation and creative involvement with the environment. Managers have to acquire a very high degree of competence in challenge - management, time-management and stress management. The successful manager is able to tap his own creativity and awaken those of his peers. In the valedictory session,Dr.J.Parasuraman, Principal, JJ College of Arts and Science stressed the need for hard work, continuous effort to reach the goal, self confidence and respect for parents and elders in shaping one’s future. She gave away the prizes to the winners and the teams.

Earlier Dr.V.Sathyarekha, Head, Department of Business Administration welcomed the audience and NB.Mehavarshini of II MBA proposed the vote of thanks.
