J.J college of Arts and Science ( Autonomous),Pudukkottai on behalf of
Hilbert Club, Department of Mathematics, An expo related to learning
Mathematics in school level was conducted in two sections namely Math Model
Presentation and Math Poster Presentation. The Math expo was presided over by
the college Principal Dr.J.Parasuraman and inaugurated by Dr.Kavitha
Subramanian, Trustee of Karpaka Vinayaka Educational Trust.In this expo eighth
and ninth class students of Karpaka Vinayaka Higher secondary school,
Pudukkottai,were participated enthusiastically and the college students provided
appropriate explanation to the doubts of school students. In addition, about
forty models were displayed in this Math expo by undergraduate and
postgraduate students of Mathematics. The Math expo was organized by the
Head of the Department of Mathematics Dr.O.Uma Maheswari and faculties of
Mathematics.
