The Training and Placement cell of , J.J. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai, Inagurated a Training Programme on “Enhancement of Soft Skills & Life Skills” on 13th July 2022 at 11 A.M.
Dr.S.Murugavel, Former Professor & Dean(Academics), Department of English, The Oxford College of Arts ,Bengaluru, Visiting Faculty , Hallmark Business School, Trichy was the Resource Person & Soft Skill Trainer. In his address he stressed about the importance of Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing((LSRW) skills.
Dr.S.Kavitha ,Trustee Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust gave the Presidential Address. She stated the need of soft skills for Adaptability, Information Management, Collaboration, Communication, Leadership, Critical thinking, Problem Solving and Creativity.
Dr.J.Parasuraman, Principal J.J. College Of Arts And Science (Autonomous),welcomed the gathering. All the Final year students of UG and PG will be given 30 hours training in soft skill ,free of cost by the management by the resource person. Dr. S.J. Sathish Aaron Joseph , Co -ordinator, Training and Placement cell , proposed the vote of thanks.
