The PG and Research Department of Management, JJ College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai celebrated its annual management meet – Synergia 2K20 on 18th February 2020. Dr.J.Parasuraman, Principal, JJ College of Arts and Science welcomed the gathering. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.K.Uma, Head, Department of Management on behalf of Dr.S.Kavitha, Executive Trustee, Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust, Pudukkottai.
Students from different Colleges participated in various events like Adzap, Best Manager, Mime and Business Quiz. The team from Umayal Ramanathan College, Karaikkudi bagged the overall championship
Thiru.S.Murugesan, Chief Manager, Indian Bank, Pudukkottai Branch was the chief guest at the valediction. He congratulated the participating teams and the organizers on the design of the events and the way they were conducted. He stressed the need for a positive attitude and the capacity for lateral thinking citing instances from his business experiences. He also emphasized the need for the promotion of communicative and behaviourial skills and the cultivation of the team spirit in the contemporary business scenario. A proper human relations ambience was the key to corporate success. Each employee had a share in building it up through positivity and sense of duty.
