Women’s day was celebrated with all gaiety and grandeur at the Indoor

Auditorium of J.J. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous) on Tuesday

08.03.2022. While delivering the Special address, Dr.J.Vijayathilakam, Assistant

Commissioner (VRS), Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection,

Chennai. She given plenty of ideas and tips through songs for the girls of the

institution and for the women in society. She talked about valuing oneself and

realizing one’s full potential. She pointed everybody should have individuality.

She also stressed in her speech that we don’t compete with others but we will

compete with ourselves.

Presiding over the function, Dr.Kavitha Subramanian, Management Trustee,

Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust, delivered the presidential address.

All the Head’s of various Institutions of Karpaga Vinayaga Group delivered

their address.

Cultural events of the selected teams from all the institutions of Karpaga

Vinayaga Group took place.

Dr.S. Rathnadevi, Co-ordinator of Women Empowerment Wing delivered

the vote of thanks and the programme was a huge success.
