PG and Research Department of Management Studies, J.J. College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai conducted an Under Graduate Man-Meet Programme “Synergia” on 12.02.2019 (Tuesday). 15 Teams from 12 Colleges (178 students) affiliated to Bharathidasan University and Alagappa University participated in various events like Business Quiz, Ad-Zap, Corporate Mime, Spell Bee and Best Manager. The Programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kavitha Subramanian, Trustee, Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust. In her address she stressed need for working smart with togetherness and sincerity. She called upon the participants to develop their communication skills, elegant etiquette and leadership qualities. She stressed the need for having SWOT and SWOC analysis. Dr. J.Parasuraman, Principal welcome the gathering by his inspirational speech.
In the events Arts and Science College, won the overall trophy. Ms. Karthiga, Sri Bharathi Arts and Science College, Kaikuruchi adjusted as Best Manager of Synergia 2019.
In the evening the valedictory function was held. Dr. J.Parasuraman, Principal welcomed the gathering. Dr. B. Buvaneswari, M.Com., M.Phil., M.B.A., Ph.D Principal, Government Arts College for Women, Pudukottai was the Chief Guest. She exhorted the young managers to get over all inhibitions and cultivate personality traits that would make them Real Leaders of Business. She insisted the young participants to have emotional intelligence and make use of the available opportunities. She asked the students particularly the girls to bring constructional changes in the society as well as at home. She motivated the students by showing life examples of great stalwarts of our country both men and women. She praised the achievements of the College in its Silver Jubilee Year and wished to attain greater heights in the years to come.
Dr. S.A.Sirajudeen, Associate Professor and Head, PG and Research Department of Management proposed the Vote of Thanks.
Programme was compaired by Divya Bharathi and Muthulakshmi of Final M.B.A. and ably assisted to the faculty members. The Man-meet Programme ended with National Anthem.
