The Alumni of JJ college of Arts and Science, Pudukkottai (Autonomous Reaccredited by NAAC with A grade – third cycle) assembled in the college auditorium at 10 a.m on 06.10.2019 . Alumni who had passed out before 2013 participated in the Alumni meet. Dr.J. Parasuraman, Principal presided over the meeting and congratulated the old students on their abiding affection for their Alma Mates. He referred to the student-teacher relationship as a life- long sacrament of mutual admiration and pride. He also insisted the alumni to reflect the past, represent the present and link with the future.

A few Alumni like Siddiq from Saudi Arabia spoke in a highly emotive vein in their days at JJ and complimented the college on its evolution. They stressed the man-making aspect of the training they got in the college.

Thiru. N.Subramanian, Secretary of the college felicitated the old students and congratulated them on their spirited return to the Alma Mater. They could be fountains of inspiration to the present students.

The staff and alumni had a pleasant time interacting with each other and playing games. Dr. B.Anitha Rani, President, Alumni association welcomed the gathering and Ms.Poornima , secretary, Alumni association proposed the vote of thanks.
