The Department of Hotel Management, J.J College of Arts and Science(Autonomous), Pudukkottai. Organized the Alumni meet 2023 through its Dukes and Duchess Club on Tuesday 31/01/2023. Alumni from various batches participated. The aim of this meeting was to interact with the alumni to plan future events and to discuss the recent trends in the Hotel industry. 37 Students participated in the program. The welcome speech was given by the Head of the Department Dr.S.Karthikeyan who is also an alumni Mr.S.Bharathithasan and Mr.M.Karthikeyan addressed the students and shared their memories and experiences.

Alumni B.Ajith kumar, T.Muthumanickam, M.Vignesh, and S.Nantha Kumar, Shared their memories of the college. They wanted to conduct such meeting at regular intervals. They also interacted with the staff member and with their friends.

As per the feedback received from participants, this event was stimulating and enjoyable and simultaneously profitable as all members shared their views ideas.

All the alumni’s sincerely expressed their gratitude to the management, principal and the staff member for their guidance and support. They donated Rs. 15000/- for the welfare of the department. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mr.S.Rengasamy, Assistant Professor, Department of Hotel Management.
