About the Library
The College Library was established on 17th January 1994 and had just 739 volumes of books to start with. From then on the Library has consistently grown and today it has 28,485Volumes and 64 Periodicals are subscribed. The Library operations are mostly computerized, especially circulation of books and cataloging. This has made possible user - friendly self-checkout and self-check-in procedures andweb-based OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue).We have spacious Reading Halls, Stack Rooms, Rooms for the Librarian, Library staff and different sections of the Library. It has all equipment's essential for computing, printing and reprography. The Library is fully automated. A Bar-Coding Technology and ID Card Scanning systems are in placed.
Departmental Libraries
For immediate reference by staff, students and research scholars all the Departments have departmental libraries. Books from the Central Library have been transferred to the Departments depending on requirements.

SERVICES
The College Library is kept open from Monday to Saturday from 9.00A.M. to 5.30 P.M. during weekly days, the circulation of books and documents stops half an hour before the closing time 5.00 P.M. The library is kept closed only Sundays and public holidays.
